**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the company's pc, app product pre-visual deduction to complete the design plan, develop design specifications, familiar with the design process.
- Participate in the creative design of forward-looking products and the realization of dynamic presentations.
- Iterate web/app design functionalities to ensure a great and intuitive user experience
- Raises our design bar by creating innovative experiences that are not just visually appealing but intuitive and user-centric.
- Design for the user: Influences and drives key product decisions by independently designing experiments and performing research studies, including direct user research.

**Requirements:
- Proficient and experienced in a variety of design software.
- Proficient in web design, have a certain understanding of html+css and have rich experience in interaction effects
- Proficient in mobile design (H5, APP), familiar with the design specifications of various models, skilled in quickly handling the interface slices and markup, and provide the best adaptation program.
- Familiar with various platforms and output formats.
- A team player with good communication skills
- Detail oriented and possess good creative design skills
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
- **Proficient in English and Chinese (To liaise with Chinese speaking clients)
