We're rethinking homes for how people really live, and we're looking for a **Senior UI/UX Designer** to join our **eCommerce Product**team to help shape the future of living—one thoughtful detail at a time.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Translate user needs and business goals into wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners across product, engineering, and marketing to deliver cohesive experiences.
- Conduct usability testing, user interviews, or design critiques to refine features and inform the backlog.
- Balance usability, accessibility, brand consistency, and performance in your designs.
- Incorporate insights from data, feedback, and market research into your design iterations.
- Advocate for the user and champion design best practices within the team.

**What you need to succeed**:

- 3-5 years of experience as a UX/UI designer working on digital products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and clean, user-focused UI designs.
- Proficiency in tools like Figma (preferred), Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Ability to manage end-to-end design delivery for features or journeys.
- Experience working within design systems and adhering to accessibility guidelines (e.g., WCAG).
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in cross-functional teams.
- A growth mindset and openness to feedback.

**Bonus If You Have**
- Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer-facing platforms.
- Familiarity with product experimentation or A/B testing.
- Skills in motion design, micro-interactions, or content design.
