We are looking for a talented Senior Mobile UI/UX Designer to join our team and help design intuitive, user-centric retail applications for our cryptocurrency exchange platform. Working closely with the engineering and product teams, you will drive the design of both mobile and web-based experiences, helping retail users trade and manage digital assets with confidence and ease.

What you'll be doing:

  • Deliver polished, user-friendly, and visually engaging designs for mobile and web platforms, focusing on crypto retail trading products
  • Create user flows, wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
  • Work alongside engineers to ensure designs are feasible, technically sound, and implemented as intended
  • Collaborate with product managers and business stakeholders to translate product requirements and user needs into design solutions
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of design systems to ensure consistency across products
  • Participate in or lead user research, A/B testing, and usability studies to gather insights and iterate on designs
  • Use data and user feedback to drive improvements in UI/UX and optimize user journeys

What we're looking for:

  • 5+ years of professional experience as a UI/UX Designer , preferably in fintech, crypto, or digital products
  • Strong portfolio showcasing UI design and UX thinking applied to mobile and web products
  • Proficient in Figma , Sketch , Adobe XD , or similar design tools
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and user-centered design methodology
  • Experience working closely with product and engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Strong communication skills, able to explain design decisions to technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Interest in digital assets, cryptocurrency, or financial products is a plus
