**The Opportunity.**

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our team and take our design & design team to the next level. The senior UI/UX Designer will bring together the design team, ensure the success of turning our software into high quality, easy-to-use products for our clients.

To be successful in this role, you should have experience with design software and wire-frame tools, understand pain points of fellow designers as well as have experience in helping them removing their pain points and lifting team standards.

**Your day to day.**

As a team lead,

1. Lead, inspire and bring alignments within design team.

2. Put in place expectations and team standard.

3. Represent the design requirements with Product & Engineering teams.

As an individual contributor,

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.

2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps.

3. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets.

4. Build page navigation buttons and search fields.

5. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like.

6. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables), prepare and present rough drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders

7. Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.

8. With the team, identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness).

**Who you are.**

1. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience working within a high growth environment.

3. Strong problem solving skills along with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

4. Ability to effectively interface with customers and internally across cross-functional team

5. Prior experience in mentoring or leading a team

6. Portfolio of design project is required.
