**Requirements**:

- Lead the collaboration with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and engineering, to define advanced functionality and feature requirements for cutting-edge user interfaces (UI) in our game products.
- Drive the end-to-end UI design process, from initial conceptualization to final delivery, ensuring alignment with product vision and strategic objectives.
- Architect and deliver polished, high-performance UI solutions that set industry benchmarks and elevate the overall player experience.
- Act as a key advocate for user-centric design principles, consistently pushing for innovative and intuitive solutions through rigorous iteration.
- Identify and mitigate complex production risks early, leveraging a data-driven approach to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and present comprehensive, industry-standard documentation that articulates the rationale behind design decisions, ensuring transparency and alignment with stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering teams to pioneer and implement advanced UI systems within game engines, maintaining the highest standards of quality and technical feasibility.
- Preferred: A proven track record in the mobile gaming industry, with a portfolio showcasing sophisticated UI designs for high-profile, commercially successful titles.
- Language Requirement: Strong Mandarin communication skills are essential, as internal team communication is predominantly conducted in Mandarin.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional design sensibilities with an acute understanding of composition, visual clarity, and user engagement in gaming contexts.
- Mastery of industry-standard prototyping and design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Sketch) to translate complex ideas into actionable solutions.
- Advanced technical skills, including hands-on experience with implementing UI in modern game engines (e.g., Unity, Unreal Engine), ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to mentor team members and drive collaborative success in a fast-paced environment.
- In-depth expertise in user interface patterns, interaction design, and the ability to craft solutions that cater to diverse gaming audiences.
- Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality.
- Demonstrable knowledge of platform-specific UI conventions and challenges, with a focus on delivering optimized designs for mobile and console platforms.
