Job Summary
We are looking for a highly professional, self-driven, and data-driven individual to manage our Buy Now Pay Later (BNPL) product offerings. As the BNPL Product Manager, you will be responsible for integrating BNPL solutions into our platform, handling end-to-end processes, and troubleshooting issues that may arise.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and refine our BNPL product roadmap and strategy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Collaborate with payment partners to integrate BNPL solutions (whitelable or cobranding) onto our platform, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Manage the end-to-end process of BNPL transactions, from onboarding new customers to resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.
- Work closely with our analytics team to develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to BNPL services.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to BNPL solutions.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in the payments, BNPL, loan, finance, or eCommerce space.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.
- Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.
