Collaborate cross‐functionally with internal stakeholders (Engineering, Operations, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Customer Support) to identify business needs and translate them into detailed product requirements. Partner with external vendors and technology providers to ensure seamless integration with third‐party systems where required. Develop and maintain product documentation, including user stories, workflows, specifications, and process diagrams. Define, track, and report on key product metrics to measure project success and identify areas for improvement. Ensure the finance systems are compliant with relevant regulatory and data security requirements in Singapore and across operating markets. Drive the product roadmap, manage the backlog, and prioritize features and bugs based on business impact. Plan and conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) with operational and finance users. Provide training and onboarding for users to ensure smooth adoption and ongoing utilization of the implemented systems. Stay informed of latest fintech and finance system industry trends, best practices, and regulatory updates. Key Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field. 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 2 years specifically in finance system implementation or related fields (ERP, accounting platforms, core banking systems,
