3. Back-up Support to Operation Managers for Finance, Operations & Membership Registrar

Finance:
- General Finance Support & Quarterly GST filing

Operations:
- General office administration

Membership Registrar:

- Handling membership enquiries
- Maintenance of Membership Register and related-information on CRMS and SFA website

4. Back-up Support to Case Managers for Grant Administration and FinTech Certification work

Grant Administration:

- Handling grant applicant enquiries
- Maintenance of Grant Application Database & related-information on in-house ARS and SFA website
- Follow-up on and verification of grant KPI & Utilisation Report submissions from grant recipients

FinTech Certification:
- Handling FinTech Certification enquiries
- Maintenance of FinTech Certification Application Database & related information on in-house ARS and SFA website

5. General administrative support to the Funding, Operations and Governance Team as and when required

6. Any other responsibilities assigned by the Head of Funding, Operations and Governance.

Requirement:

- 1-3 years of relevant working experiences in Sales/Marketing/Membership related industry, with at least 1 year handling full set of accounts, with audit experience preferred but not a must.
- Well-versed in Excel skills
- Strong statistical and analytical skills
- Possesses good interpersonal and communication skills
- Team player and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated serious work attitude and independent self-starter
- Customer-service oriented mindset
- Flexible and adaptable in working styles
