**Get to know the Team**:
As part of the Fintech arm of Grab, the team empowers the everyday entrepreneurs (our drivers and delivery partners: referred to as Partners in the Job Title) to be economically empowered through the provision of Financial Services. We are responsible for all end-to-end conceptualization, design, development, execution and ongoing management of our Micro-Insurance, Buy Now Pay Later Financing, and a whole suite of other innovative financial products in Singapore.
**Get to know the Role**:
**The Day-to-Day Activities**:
- You will take ownership of P&L for driver lending, and lead discussions for opportunities and risk optimization.
- You keep a pulse on the business performance through key metrics, and devise appropriate actions to drive business outcomes
- You will take lead of the operations team to ensure the day-to-day operations are carried out seamlessly
- You will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to grow the business through creation, experimentation and scaling of innovative financial solutions
- You manage the relationship with external partners for our Buy Now Pay Later Programs, as well as partnerships with other FI’s to issue financial solutions to our customers
- You identify opportunities for synergy through collaboration with other verticals within Grab, and act on them to maximize value to our customers.
- You will experiment and execute innovative promotional & marketing campaigns to drive business goals
- You review campaign effectiveness with cross-functional teams to uncover data-driven actionable insights to improve our growth initiatives
- You will work closely with finance and analytics teams to ensure that management reporting is fully accurate.
- You will be the key person in charge for the business for the annual internal and external audit, ensuring that all controls are met
- You will work hand in hand with the regional and other country teams to tap on knowledge in other markets, meeting regional targets
- You manage the framework for engagement with our drivers and delivery partners - from managing frontline queries to ensuring that we stay humble by understanding the needs of our customers through execution of customer surveys and focus groups, and presenting the learnings and findings
- You make an impact by identify and drive key growth areas in collaboration with Product teams that includes acquisition of new users, retention and engagement of users
**The Must-Haves**:
- At least 4-5 years of prior experience as a product manager, especially in the Financial Services sector. Experiences in the lending and insurance space will be good to have.
- Familiarity or comfort with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint and/or Google Sheets and Google Slides
- Strong business sense and communication skills with the ability to translate complex analyses to actionable business insights to a wide range of audiences
- Consumer-centric mindset and strong problem definition and solution skills combined with an intellectual curiosity and love of learning.
- Confident in processing and analyzing complex data sets
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- A positive and resilient attitude - you have the drive and flexibility to work in dynamic and fast paced environment to meet critical deadlines
- Enthusiasm to succeed in a fast-moving and ever-changing landscape
