Are you passionate about driving sales growth and do you want to make a mark in regional Enterprise Telecommunications sales? Right now, EPOS is looking for an experienced Senior Sales Manager for Rest of Asia Pacific region, which includes South East Asia, South Korea, and Taiwan.
You will be the key player in building up sales in this region. Your goal is to increase our market share through end-user lead generation, development, and closing opportunities with our channel partners (distributors & resellers online and offline).
Join EPOS’ Sales Team for Business Solutions
This position offers you a large degree of autonomy and account responsibility. You become part of the sales team for the Enterprise Telecommunications market (Video, Headsets & Speakerphones) reporting to Regional Sales Director for Asia Pacific, Partner Markets. Through our Sales Excellence Program, we will ensure that you can further develop your competences within sales and negotiation techniques.
As our Senior Sales Manager, you can look forward to:
- Spend up to 80% of your time in meetings, both face to face and on UC platforms, to create demand and drive sales towards B2B potential clients and channel partners.
- Manage future customer portfolios, including opportunity identification, lead qualification, pre-sales planning, presentation, closing, post-sales support and follow-up.
- Attend selected industry events to generate sales leads.
- Train and communicate with reseller sales teams on the features and benefits of key EPOS products.
- Collaborate with the regional Sales Director to develop and implement your sales plan and ensure that sales initiatives and actions are aligned with EPOS’ global mission, strategic objectives, values, and most importantly sales budgets.
- Partner with various teams across sales/customer care, marketing, business intelligence, category management, and executive leadership.
What we are looking for:
An excellent salesperson who is highly motivated and driven by building a customer base, meeting/exceeding goals and keeping the clients happy through continuous dialogue and nurturing. You MUST have at least 10 years of demonstrated regional channel management experience, sales success in meeting sales budgets in the assigned region.
- Active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin is a must.
- Based in Singapore and able to travel extensively across the region at short notice.
- Experience in regional distributor and channel sales management is a must.
- Be familiar with the entire sales process - from lead to deal.
- A natural relationship builder and stakeholder manager.
- Interest in technical topics.
