Intern - Digital Transformation Consultant

Summary

The Digital Transformation Consultant Intern supports the Client Services team in interfacing with customers to listen, gather and confirm requirements as part of their compliance and reporting digital transformation initiative. Contracted services include analyzing structural datasets and building data models in the Workiva platform. The position involves working with customers at different levels including senior stakeholders to accomplish the needs for the assigned project. The Digital Transformation Consultant will also interact with internal teams from Client Services, Presales, and Customer & Partner Experience. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the successful delivery of the assigned project. This role also requires the ability to assist on projects to meet the needs and demands of the business.

**Responsibilities**:
Consult alongside Client Services team and customers to determine their challenges and requirements
Assist in design and implementation of custom solutions for assigned projects
Provide project and relationship management based on the needs of the task assigned
Collect feedback and learnings from delivered services to share experience internally for the consideration of packaged offerings, inclusive of involvement in meetings with Sales, Product Marketing, and Product Development
Maintain strong knowledge of Workiva products through a commitment to ongoing training

What You'll Need
Education

Pursuing a degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field

**Skills**:
Fluent in general computer technology and software skills including document, presentation, and spreadsheet functionality
Familiarity with spreadsheet formulas and SQL or database knowledge is a plus
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment to meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and organized
Strong presentation and communication skills
Passion for innovation and creating solutions to solve problems
Ability to recommend solutions, take direction, and collaborate within a team environment

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

Reliable internet access for any period of time working remotely, not in a Workiva office
