**Roles & Responsibilities**:
To be part of the Digital Transformation (DX) team and work closely with the business units (BUs) to **drive relationship-based consultative approach **to **enhance the businesses with digital solutions **and spearhead DX projects. Leverage our client's extensive knowledge base/business networks and bring distinctive insights and new ideas to drive DX projects.
- Deeply understand the individual businesses, pain points, recommend solutions and build the business together with continual client discussions, technical consulting skills along with excellent business acumen.
- Develop short-term and long-term strategy in support of growth and revenue targets upon investment; Communicate various options, articulate quick wins, and tactics to realize immediate benefits of DX for the respective business/service.
- Develop tech roadmap for business transformation with strong digital mindset and working with technology partners
- Understand adequate depth and breadth of emerging technologies - such as Machine/Deep Learning and Blockchain - in the market and propose benefits, trade-offs, and implementation strategies to the business stakeholders.
- Build innovative consumer-centric service models and revenue models with the proposed DX ideas for the respective businesses.
- Communicate and closely work with DX team and share the visions and directions while develop new business models and/or enhance operational processes for retail assets
- Continuously stay curious and up to date with the market trends/evolving tech to propose solutions for various businesses across different domains

**Requirement**:

- Min. 8 years of successful track record in consultancy or Digital Transformation (DX) experience in high growth areas such as healthcare, mobility, infra, energy, materials, food, renewables, and consumer platforms.
- Min. Bachelor's degree preferably in Engineering, Computer Science or Digital related degrees
- Ability to interact with various business users, senior management, IT teams and external vendors effectively. Experience in working with range of clients and wider business practices, design, and strategic projects.
- Ability to explain technical concepts in non-technical language. Be able to articulate and passionately present digital concepts to stakeholders with excellent analytical, logical, and abstract reasoning skills
- Ability to inspire and promote an entrepreneurial spirit of resourcefulness and adaptability across the organization while portraying a professional image
- Ability to provide operational process and business process chart and optimize process to increase efficiency
- Proven leadership skills and emotional intelligence to influence key decisions, mediate conflicts and build consensus
- Able to travel overseas based on the requirement
- Open to global opportunities
- Strong social skills, resourceful and proactive team player
