Head of Operations and Business Growth

We are seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial **Head of Operations and Business Growth**to lead and oversee the success of our centres with newly upcoming launch. In this role, you will take ownership of all aspects of operations while driving sales, business development, and revenue growth. This is a leadership position designed for someone who is passionate about the wellness, fitness, and education industry and thrives on building and scaling businesses.
You will play a pivotal role in developing strategies, managing operations, and fostering a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results. This position is perfect for a driven individual who takes accountability for outcomes and is eager to think out of the box to deliver growth and operational excellence.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**1. Business Growth & Development**:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth across all services.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, industry partners, and vendors to foster growth.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to expand the company’s reach and customer base.
**2. Operations Management**:
- Monitor operational efficiency, optimize resources, and ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Manage budgets, operational costs, and resources effectively to meet financial targets.
**3. Sales Leadership**:
- Create and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Lead the development of sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives to increase customer acquisition and retention.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
**4. Team Leadership & Development**:
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals, ensuring alignment with the company’s vision and goals.
- Provide mentorship and training to team members to enhance their performance and professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing culture, promoting accountability and teamwork.
**5. Strategic Planning & Innovation**:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to set and execute short
- and long-term business goals.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform decision-making.
- Identify gaps in current services and innovate new offerings to meet market demand.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in operations management, sales, and business development, with measurable results in driving growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team effectively.
