At Ordinary Folk, we’re reimagining the building blocks of healthcare, through Noah and Zoey. Noah allows men to receive remote diagnosis and treatment across varying areas of care. Through Zoey, women’s sexual wellness and fertility journeys are supported with thoughtful products and services.
As the Head of Growth, you’ll be piloting the engine room of Ordinary Folk, continuously and consistently innovating new ways and exploring emerging channels for our brands to grow. You and your team lead acquisition to retention as we expand to new markets, and use your insights and learnings to swiftly grow both brand and customer base.
You will be working closely with our Founder and the functional leads, across brand, go-to-market, tech, operations and new product development, and can readily identify opportunities for expansion. We’re on the lookout for someone with strong autonomy, analytical, results-driven, and because we are in the business of healthcare — someone in tune with human emotions too.
You’ll be familiar with these key terms, responsibilities and tools:
- Define the company's growth plan.
- Lead and execute the growth plan created.
- Hands-on expertise on the entire marketing tech stack, including CRM tools, Google Analytics, Hotjar, to ad platforms and SEO.
- Strategically plan and manage full funnel campaigns and customer segmentation with our business objectives in mind.
- Analytical thinker who can prioritise key objectives and metrics that matter, and those that don’t.
- Design A/B experiments to test hypotheses and understand when to optimise them for conversions.
- Have experience with managing a range of paid media budgets, including campaign execution, setting up targeting, bid strategies and conversion goals.
- Know how to generate demand using paid ads across existing and emerging channels.
- Understand SEO with first-hand experience in creating keyword strategies and drawing competitive analysis identifying opportunities to capture organic traffic.
- Build and manage content calendars for on-page SEO best practices.
This is an opportunity to play an active role in:
- Collaborating with key growth stakeholders and provide analytical support across all our paid channels
- Conduct exploratory and in-depth analysis to understand paid growth KPIs for marketing campaigns while being key collaborator on determining broader strategy alongside cross-functional partnersOwn technical pixel implementations relating to attribution, privacy, and marketing operations.
- Research and implement new site-tag use cases (Google Tag Manager), which may range from setting up advanced measurement strategies to instrumenting new data signals
- Create a cadence and ritual for monitoring the health of global business units to inform strategic recommendations about where to allocate investments across core digital channels
- Analyse and quantify the opportunities of A/B experiments and make recommendations to the growth team to improve customer acquisition efficiency
To be successful in this role, you’ve got to be a trendspotter — staying ahead of the latest in channel developments across paid social and broader performance marketing industry.
As we continue our journey of building, launching, and scaling ambitious healthcare ventures, there will be opportunities to lead ventures, markets, partnerships and new distribution channels.
Examples of projects include:
- Research, launch and scale a new healthcare venture (e.g. diabetes, mental health, pathology)
- Research and launch a new core capability (e.g. our new product development & OTC team)
- Research and execute a new international launch
**Your Experience**:
- At least 4+ years of Head of Growth or Product Growth Manager and Paid marketing experience in fast-paced environments or similar roles
- Experience with Facebook campaigns
- Subject matter expertise across top paid channels, including Facebook, Google and Programmatic.
- Experience in Product-Led Growth
