Position Summary The Head of Strategic Growth for the Greater Asia and Pacific Region is a senior leadership role responsible for identifying, developing, and executing regional growth strategies across multiple markets in alignment with global and local business objectives. This role is critical in driving regional expansion, commercial excellence, strategic partnerships, and long-term value creation for the company’s business. This position will report to the Managing Director and will work closely with business unit leaders to transform strategic initiatives into actionable and measurable results. This position will also be responsible for the on-going M&A projects in the region. Job Responsibilities Lead the development and implementation of regional growth strategies, including market entry, expansion, M&A, and competitive positioning. Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive landscapes to shape data-driven strategic initiatives. Identify and evaluate new business opportunities across the region in marine, industrial equipment, energy solutions value chain from a sustainability perspective. Build strategic alliances and partnerships to accelerate growth in target markets and segments. Oversee marketing strategies and channel development across the region. Collaborate with regional subsidiaries to ensure alignment and delivery of strategic priorities. Provide guidance on resource allocation, investment decisions, and performance tracking.
