Global Legal plays an important role in protecting the Group’s reputation by helping to future-proof the organisation through robust legal risk and issue advisory. Responsible for providing comprehensive legal advice to senior management and all global businesses and functions, the team offers a diverse range of legal skills, jurisdictional experience and practice specialisms across all countries and territories in which our businesses operate.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a **Business Support Analyst.**

**Principal Responsibilities**
- Reporting directly to the Singapore Senior Legal Operations Manager and works in the team of 4 or 5
- Providing operational support to the Singapore Legal Team (in particular to the General Counsel and the senior legal leadership team) in identifying, formulating and fulfilling the operational, financial and planning objectives of the Legal Function in Singapore
- Executing day-to-day first line of defence operational activities or controls with operational risks being mitigated on an ongoing basis
- Providing project management and/or analytical support to the team of lawyers in combined team on a common goal/ priority/ project
- Working with other stakeholders of the bank to achieve the operational objectives of the function

**Qualifications**
- 1 to 3 years of Operations Management or Business Management or Project management experience with university degree or equivalent
- Self starter, takes initiative independently with good organisational skills
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills to effectively communicate with senior management, internal and external stakeholders
- Lateral thinking/problem solving skills/ sound analytical skillset
- Excellent time and project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple outputs with good quality in deliverables simultaneously
- Good and positive learning attitude and can adapt to a dynamic environment quickly
