**Analyst, Business Support**

**Global Markets Division for Asia, Planning Department, Planning Desk**

**MUFG Bank, Ltd**

**Responsibilities**:

- Support AGMD Management in business trips bookings and meeting arrangements
- Carry out general administrative tasks and support on system related matters in AGMD
- Manages budget and expenses to achieve AGMD’s financial target every fiscal year.
- Support the on-boarding and off-boarding processes of AGMD staff in Singapore
- Contributes to AGMD’s revenue target indirectly by supporting all business line staff
- Develops recommendations for continuous improvement and support implementation.
- Prepares various internal or regulatory reports.
- Collaborate and liaise with the Head Office in Tokyo on projects

**Job Requirements**:

- Minimum Degree qualified
- At least 2 years of experience in area of administrative supports
- Good communication skills
- Good team player and meticulous
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Power Point
- Tech-savvy with IT related skills such as macro programming
