Business Analyst

**Job Purpose**: IPB Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst with eSignature SaaS platform knowledge such as DocuSign combined with SharePoint Online solutions experience to join us in our Digital Initiatives Team. The Business Analyst analyzes business processes and applicable automated systems and analyses As-Is systems and provide To-Be solutions.

This individual will serve as the SME for DocuSign as well as SharePoint. They would be involved in requirements gathering and analysis activities, prepares and delivers written and oral communications, participates in testing activities, helps design methods and procedures for internal and external projects. The resource will also support other IT Applications as required.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manages and supports all aspects of DocuSign. This includes supporting users with any new requirements, enhancements, third party vendor management governance and risk and control activities.
- Capture SharePoint migration requirements for design and development using requirements workshops, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, and process journeys.
- Gather and evaluate from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into detail, identify risks, and feasibility analysis.
- Translate technical information into business language to ensure understanding of the requirements by both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Proactively communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver the following artifacts as needed: Functional requirements (Business Requirements Document), Use Cases, GUI, Screen and Interface designs.
- Operate as the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams.
- Support the project manager and other team members in planning deliverables, scope, schedule, and other aspects of the projects.
- Provide the necessary training and knowledge to our End Users for adoption of DocusSign and the SharePoint Platform

**Required**:

- Typically, with 6+ years of Business and Technical IT experience in running projects across the SDLC and Application Support
- 2+ years in either implementing new use cases or support in eSignature platforms such as DocuSign
- 2+ years SharePoint maintenance experience, SharePoint portal project experience.
- Good Understanding of Microsoft SharePoint architecture, components, and configuration
- Understands Internet, Intranet, Extranet, client/server architectures.
- eSignature Platforms such as DocuSign
- Microsoft SharePoint preferably SharePoint Online
- MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

**Desirable**:

- Degree in Information Systems, computer engineering or equivalent.
- Certification in Microsoft SharePoint
- Business Analyst Certification
- Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills including strong persuasive techniques.
- Able to lead, develop and maintain respectful and trusting relationships.
- Comfortable with systems, processes, technology
- Comfortable working in ambiguous and fluid situations with changing circumstances, while adhering to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated with a positive “can-do” attitude

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $7,500.00 per month
