Business Development Representative - ANZ Market

Role Overview:
We’re searching for an enthusiastic, eager-to-learn Business Development Representative (BDR) to join the growing sales team in Singapore. The role is based in Singapore but requires you to cover the Australia/New Zealand territory. What you will do:

- Schedule highly qualified meetings from outbound campaigns within target accounts for territory sales
- Leverage prospecting tools such as Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism and outbound prospecting techniques to schedule meetings with identified target accounts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to facilitate innovative programs, messaging, campaigns, and offerings
- Ensure full details logged in Salesforce and opportunity handoffs to sales are successful and exceed the customer's satisfaction
- Ensure reporting and communications are frequent and bi-directional
- Exhibit qualities of overachievement, self-motivation, good teamwork, and positive attitude

What you will bring:

- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience
- Min 2 years of sales prospecting or Inside Sales experience
- Familiarity with the Australia/NZ territories and prior experience of selling into these markets
- Skill in using Salesforce CRM tool for leads management, capturing BANT qualification
- Previous experience with technology companies selling SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Artificial Intelligent or Cybersecurity is a plus
- Fluent in English for internal and business communication with stakeholders and customers
- A good team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders
