Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Singapore
My client's Sales Development team is made up of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Sales Representatives (SRs). SRs manage inbound leads, while BDRs—the more senior role—focus on outbound lead generation.
They are seeking high-energy, driven professionals with strong business acumen and a natural talent for sales to join our fast-paced, dynamic team. Ideal candidates are ambitious, eager to learn, and ready to progress through a clearly defined career path that rewards performance.

Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline across Enterprise Accounts.
- Identify, research, and prioritize strategic target accounts within Singapore.
- Prospect and develop "cold accounts" through outreach activities such as cold calling, personalized emails, and social engagement.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
- Engage in high-level conversations with senior executives to understand their business challenges and align solutions accordingly.
- Act as a brand ambassador for my client's products and solutions, promoting the value of the on-demand model.
- 1 year of Inside Sales experience within IT, including new business development and outbound prospecting.
- Open for fresh graduates to apply
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High energy, positive attitude, and strong self-motivation.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
