Property Executive

This role reports Venue Manager and work with a team of Property Executives and technicians. Property Executive is involved in daily operation duties involving maintenance venue facilities, event operations and support at National Stadium (NST).
RESPONSIBILITIES
- To plan event variable cost or estimate with reasonable justification on manhours require to
complete expected task provided by KASM Venue Operation or hirer during production meeting.
- To monitor and consolidate supporting documents, update daily and work closely with Venue
Operation team on event billing via EBMS, and closure on time after event bump-out.
- Regular update Venue Operations team on event damages via Preliminary Damages Notification
Report, establish and consolidate damage cost after end of event.
- Follow up with, supervise and manage vendors to complete event damage rectification and
reinstatement work to ensure venue is ready for next event
- Manage, supervise and monitor Soft services maintenance and performance at venue level.
- Conduct periodic venue inspection to identify area of improvements in terms of cleaning,
architectural finishes and building related issues.
- To execute, supervise and manage LCC, VE and Ad hoc project works ensuring quality and
safety at work and completion in timely manner.
- To perform Building fabric SFPM, highlight findings and schedule term contractor or Hard FM
staff for reinstatement work
- Manage venue FF&E asset list, movement and deployment. Assess and evaluate FF&E
condition, prepare and record asset disposal and replacement.
- To work closely with Hard Services Engineer on engineering support and rectification work to
upkeep venue and event space at reasonable state, operational and available all times.
- In addition, the Property Executive has to promote and motivate BU staff to participate C&W
Health, Wellness and Safety (HWS) campaign and program.
- To perform Duty Manager to oversee and coordinate FM support ensuring venue readiness and smooth running of during event day/period.
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum Diploma in Engineering or Facilities Management or other relevant qualifications.
- At least 3 years of working experiences in Facilities Management or related field.
- Experience and knowledge in event environment preferred.
- Able to work long and odd hours over weekend and public holiday
