RESPONSIBILITIES

The Sales Executive, Marine Fuel will handle customer transactions for fuel purchases from WFS. This role involves developing new customer accounts and expanding business with existing clients.

Core duties and responsibilities include:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. Act as a reliable point of contact for customer inquiries and transactions.
- Monitor and analyze relevant market information to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
- Develop and implement action plans to secure new business
- Monitor customer use of credit lines and work with credit control team to ensure financial stability.
- Provide operational and logístical support, including coordinating fuel deliveries, resolving claims, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market analysis. Prepare sales contracts and other necessary documentation.
- Frequently visit both existing and potential customers to understand their needs and promote products.

Key Requirements:

- Proven track record in sales, experience in the marine or trading will be a plus
- A resilient and tenacious character.
- Strong numerical ability and analytical skills are needed in order to interpret market information and competitively price products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and stakeholders.
- A willingness and desire to solicit for new business opportunities from new and existing customers
