**Job Description**:

- Lead I&C engineering teams in multiple projects within the organization with management of local and remote team setups.
- Drive team’s performance to ensure that safety, integrity, financial and contractual requirements are met and also ensure continuous improvement activities are implemented across teams.
- Develops and maintains customer relations, obtains feedback and provides state-of-the-art solutions to meet customer expectations and deliver project objectives.
- Provide I&C related engineering support during the bidding phase and support the sales team with technical presentations to customers.
- Work together with the Supply Chain Management team to ensure that approved suppliers and their needed services and equipment are planned and streamlined to support the engineering execution.
- Conduct reviews of Engineering design and deliverables with the team and ensures that engineering teams are adequately resourced, developed and equipped to meet business needs.
- Active participation in providing financial plans, manpower estimation and budget estimation for engineering deliverables with close collaboration with Sales and Sales support team

**Requirements**:

- At least 6 years of relevant working experience in the Power, Water and Process Industry for customer facing experience in ICA
- Preparation of Engineering schedule, Engineering man hour estimation for complete project, Gated review of Engineering documents like Design Basis report, P&ID, Instrument sizing and selection criteria, I&C Layout drawing, 4Q Analysis, Standardization, Bill of Materials, review and estimation of installation and testing, commissioning scope etc.
- Preparation of Control and Automation sequences, logic development and deep understanding of simple to complex control system architectures and related topologies
- Minimum 6 years’ experience of running remote engineering and operations center at regional or global levels.

**Skills**:

- EPC, Engineering center & Manufacturing background
- Good Knowledge in International standards in particular IEC
- Knowledge of process, P&ID and complete C&I.
- Complete knowledge of cable, cable tray layout, schedule and engineering tools.
