JNR Entertainment is Singapore’s leading entertainment and event management company that is involved in the execution of numerous indoor and outdoor events. We are looking for applicants to join us in our team as an Event Executive
**Job Description**:
- Work closely with the management team to improve the overall company culture and employee satisfaction, contributing to the development of strategies and initiatives.
- Assist in conducting quarterly reviews to assess the effectiveness of HR practices and identify areas for improvement.
- Take the lead in implementing SOPs and an employee handbook to ensure consistency and clarity in HR processes.
- Proactively monitor outstanding payments and take appropriate actions to minimize overdue accounts, working closely with the finance team if needed.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow, actively seeking opportunities to enhance your HR knowledge and skills.
- Be self-motivated and driven to succeed, taking ownership of your HR responsibilities and driving initiatives independently.
Job Requirements:
- Good work attitude, eager to learn, meticulous and responsible
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience in an HR role, with preferably a background in event industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the work culture in Singapore and familiarity with grants and regulations.
- Ability to write clear and concise SOPs and an employee handbook.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills to effectively chase outstanding payments.
- A growth mindset, always seeking opportunities to learn and develop in the field of HR.
- Self-motivation and drive to take ownership of HR responsibilities and work independently.
- Excellent collaboration and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to work closely with the management team.
**Salary**: $550.00 - $750.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
