Join us to "Make A Difference". We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and curious individual to join our Talent & Excitement team in Singapore as an Advisor, Employee Experience. As part of the Talent & Excitement team, you will be involved in multiple areas within the HR-functions to support all operations in the Singapore team. This is an exciting, fast-paced position that directly contributes to the entire company’s growth and success. Position Overview This role is responsible for the full spectrum of Human Resources (HR) functions of the country's Sales & Marketing Division, actively supporting the leaders and line managers to drive organizational success in an effective, efficient and compliant manner, providing comprehensive HR advisory services and operational support relating to the entire employee life cycle for the local office, ensuring the availability of competent people resources in the organization by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations, HR policies, programs, and practices. **Responsibilities**: - Facilitate communications between employees and supervisors/managers and ensure the wider workforce is aware of company policies and procedures - Handle employee enquires and provide advises on local employment law - Mediate during employee disputes, guide managers to take corrective action and planning, disciplinary actions etc. - Manage the HRIS data integrity and work closely with the Regional CoE to improve functionality of the system - Administer funding in a timely manner from the respective government authority - Coordinate pre-onboarding, on-boarding and off-boarding process - Ensure that all HR official letter are prepared and file (e.g. offer, confirmation, increment, bonus, promotion, disciplinary, acceptance of resignation) - Organize employee engagement events and participate in company events and other ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned **Requirements**: - Have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and work experience that will allow successful performance of job expectations - Have at least at least five (5) years of working experience in the retail industry a senior position within the HR department - Have demonstrated an experience and knowledge of HR administrative best practices, HR technology, and general practices - Have had experience in business process optimization with significant exposure in review processes that lead to the identification of redundancies or inefficiencies - Are highly organized, have an ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines, have excellent negotiation skills, be self-motivated working under mínimal supervision, and be service-oriented - Have a high degree of honesty and integrity, be proactive, have a high level of accuracy, have strong attention to detail, and demonstrate calmness and composure under pressure and in times of uncertainty - Have demonstrated strong leadership skills, being able to inspire and motivate a cross-functional team leading it in a unified direction and with a unified vision - Have an excellent knowledge and hands-on experience in Labour Law and Industrial Relations - Have good interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills to drive tasks to completion - Are able to influence top departmental leadership and management. Will, therefore, be likeable and relatable, inspiring trust in others, and demonstrating an organic ability to establish strong and meaningful relationships with others - Have positive and professional attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growing business - Have experience with MS Excel required, familiarity with CSV files - Have hands-on experience with SAP ERP or similar software - Have demonstrated fluency in English
