**Job Description** Solution Consultant, Employee Experience**
**Location: Singapore**

**Our Objective**

This position will provide the opportunity for the best and brightest talent to collaborate with Solution Consulting leaders at ServiceNow and experience intensive on the job training and broad-based exposure to all aspects of company operations.
**What you get to do in this role**
The Employee Experience Solution Consultant is a hands-on technical consultant with the ability to deliver and position solutions while achieving quarterly and annual sales objectives for the assigned territories.
- Discover and qualify customers’ business challenges
- Work with customers and sales teams to create technological solutions to critical customer business through discovery workshops
- Deliver best-in-class solution demonstrations (virtual), both standard and tailored, to address challenges and requirements of prospects and existing customers
- Handle product feature, functional and technical questions from customers, Alliance Partners and ServiceNow teams
- Configure, contribute and maintain a showcase of EX solutions created on the ServiceNow platform
- Help develop programs that enable other Solution Consultants to demonstrate the value of EX on the ServiceNow platform
- Build your profile as a trusted advisor by supporting marketing events - user conferences, trade shows, webinars etc.
- Stay current on competitive analyses and understand differentiators between ServiceNow and its competitors
**To fully understand the scope of ServiceNow business, you will undergo training that will include**:
- ServiceNow Foundations, Solutions and Application Enablement
- Demo training
- Value Selling
- RFP Proposal & Knowledge Management
- Demo Data, Scripts & Builds
- SC Enablement
- Technical Writing
- Business Value Consulting
**Qualifications** In order to qualify for and be successful in this role, we need someone who has**:
- Employee Experience or HR industry (Emphasis with Service Delivery and Human Capital Management (HCM) systems experience is preferable)
- 1-3 years of prior internships, professional experience or consulting background experience
- Proven experience as a resource in the development of solutions within client environments
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer centric attitude
- Proven Pre-Sales experience/skills - exceptional presentation capabilities and communication (verbal and written)
- Team-player and great collaborator
- Quick learner - someone who exhibits willingness, ability to learn new technology and grasp new concepts quickly and efficiently
- Agile, results-oriented with creative problem-solving skills
- Self-starter - ability to effectively complete tasks and projects with mínimal supervision
- Proficiency with ServiceNow platform or technical expertise with cloud software is advantageous
- Proficiency of the Korean Language is advantageous
- Bachelor degree in Technology, Human Resource is a plus
