**About the role**

He/ she should be adaptable to changes, be able to manage ambiguity and be hands-on in the execution of existing and new programs.
- Lead and manage a portfolio of diversity & inclusion (D&I), employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives across our diverse businesses in the Asia region, including defining projects and owning end-to-end program management
- Work across people & culture, communications, technology and other teams across Lendlease to understand people-related initiatives and the impact on the employee experience
- Optimize and integrate event and program delivery across people, culture, health and wellbeing and community initiatives into a holistic employee value proposition
- Embed and operationalize workplace flexibility, gender equity and inclusive leadership across the business, at all stages of the employee life cycle
- Connect leaders to D&I and employee experience strategy and goals and ensure strategic alignment of priorities globally
- Use a data-driven approach to identify and assess focus areas, deep dive specific challenges to determine interventions for tangible results
- Establish knowledge sharing and strategic alignment of diversity and inclusion, employee experience and wellbeing priorities globally
- Manage the employee engagement survey program and feedback mechanisms, including program management, communications as well as insights & analytics to advise leadership & business to drive actions and continual improvement
- Demonstrate value by measuring and communicating impact and results of people initiatives and actions
- Develop partnerships with external organizations to establish Lendlease as an industry leader in inclusion & wellbeing initiatives and in turn enhance Lendlease’s reputation and brand as an employer of choice

- Thinks broadly about the employee experience in a changing world and how to deliver employee-centric programs to deliver a differentiated employee experience
- Is highly creative and has exceptional communication skills (you might have a background in marketing and communications)
- Is comfortable and effective communicating across a wide range of audiences
- Has background in a broad range of human resources roles, including experience in program design
- Is highly agile, can see how systems interrelate and connect and synthesize ideas
- Is energized by solving complex problems and working on projects that have not been done before
- Can collaborate across teams and working across organizational boundaries to get things done
- Has the willingness and ability to be involved in hands-on execution of existing and new programs
- Leans-in to new technology and is willing to experiment and rapidly prototype solutions
- Strong influencing skills, and can manage multiple stakeholders, programs and technology to deliver on desired outcomes
- Is adept at working with data and data storytelling to generate insights and drive business decisions and outcome
