Job Profile Summary:
As an intern with the Employee Experience team, you will be involved in the development and execution of key engagement activities across the organisation.

**Job Description**:

- Work with the Employee Experience team to develop and execute various engagement activities
- Support the content creation for internal and external communication channels, including social media
- Assist with the programme management of early talents
- Any other duties as assigned

o Ability to work with a diverse team effectively

o Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

o Strong problem-solving skills

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

o Experience in Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator is a plus

Education & Experience

o Pursuing a diploma or Bachelor’s degree

o Preferably full-time commitment, but students keen on alternative arrangements may also apply
