We are looking for an Employee Experience Manager to join our Singapore team. You should be an experienced HR practitioner, ready to help Construct Digital strengthen our people-first culture. We aspire to be leaders in people processes and are looking for someone to come on board to help us develop an Employee Experience and Culture that other agencies talk about. A natural leader who loves interacting with and empowering people, and ensures our team is well taken care of in all aspects of HR and office management. We want a self-motivated, culturally-aware professional who is able to drive engagement, spark ideas & more.

**Responsibilities**
Reporting to the People & Operations Director, the key responsibilities include the following areas of Employee Experience:
- **People**
Owning and driving People & Culture objectives including employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding/off-boarding, performance management, payroll, benefits, training, activities, overall support:
- Being the first point of contact for any HR-related queries
- Organising monthly company/team/employee activities & events
- HRIS administration & employee documentation maintenance
- HR processes, policies & communications
- Payroll administration such as processing monthly payroll, CPF Contributions & Tax Returns
- Responsible for all employment matters and compliance with MOM
- Preparation and consolidation of quarterly/annual performance appraisals
- Recommend & support People & Culture initiatives
**Environment**
Upkeep of Singapore office environment to ensure smooth operations & employee happiness:
- Regular top-ups of pantry & stationery supplies
- Liaising with the Management office for any office premises issue
- Mail retrieval & processing
- Support management team on additional ad hoc tasks
**IT & Equipment**
Tracking & Facilitation of all equipment/software needs of all employees:
- Handles laptop/macbook/software setup for new & existing employees
- Facilitate equipment procurement, support & repair
- Tracking of office asset inventory
**Requirements**:
- Diploma/Degree in relevant discipline with 5 to 8 years of working experience. Experience in HR areas such as compensation practices, talent management, organisation development, performance management, and employee engagement is required
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Good IT skills to facilitate laptop/macbook setup and other software management
- Strong recruitment skills will be an advantage
- Proven track record of HR, People & Culture management
- Ability to deal with ambiguity, and respond to changing priorities to derive positive long-term outcomes
- Problem-solver, able to multitask, prioritise and maintain a “Can-do” attitude in a fast-paced environment
