Senior HR Manager

Join the team in overseeing the human resources function of the company. You will work closely with the founders and HR team to implement strategies and policies to build a high-performing culture that aligns with Archisen’s values.
- What we Expect from you?
- Report directly to the CEO and serve as the head of the HR function.
- Work with C-suite leaders to provide insightful, innovative thinking and problem solving on critical HR issues with regards to leadership, coaching, employee relations, talent acquisition, engagement, culture, compensation, organizational design and change, performance management, learning and development.
- Be a leader across the organization, communicating key messages and embodying our values.
- Proactively manage HR metrics to measure success of people functions, resource allocation and maintain a competitive approach to recruiting and assimilating high-potential talent throughout the region.
- Partner with Finance in overseeing departmental budget and headcount.
- Partner with IT in overseeing tech implementation through HR processes
- Develop comprehensive approaches to employee development, retention, engagement and culture by refining or creating: compensation and benefits, career paths, job redesign and employee development, succession planning, and learning opportunities
- Requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in areas of human resources, training, compensation and benefits administration, with at least 5 of those years in a leadership role.
- Knowledge of and experience with varied human resource information systems.
- Track record of working in high growth environments and have experience in scaling up the team.

**Software Engineer**:

- What we Expect from you?- Designing page wireframes/layouts and custom graphics, formatting content, quality assurance testing, translating wireframes to web-apps to be used by our own staff
- Improving current IoT infrastructure for our indoor farm
- Working with external collaborators to integrate modules into our web-apps
- Developing APIs for IoT components to interact with
- Requirements- Diploma in relevant computing programmes
- Must be able to work in a team environment
- Must demonstrate good communications skills
- Demonstrated skills in software design & development
- Comfortable with Unix command line (eg Linux)
- Some experience in NodeJS, MySQL, MongoDB, HTML
- Working knowledge of JQuery, Bootstrap
- Bonus Requirements- Working knowledge in Angular or React
- Knowledge of Python, NoSQL, Git and Amazon Web Services S3, EC2
- Basic Photoshop/ GIMP photo manipulation skills
- Basic knowledge of Machine/Deep Learning (Tensorflow, Keras, etc)

**Urban Farmer Operator**:
As an urban farmer, you will be involved in planting, production, and housekeeping tasks in a clean and air-conditioned environment. You will be working closely in teams with other urban farmers, technicians, farm leaders and the farm manager to ensure smooth operations of the farm.
- What we Expect from you?- Perform planting tasks (seeding, movement, transplanting and harvesting) together with other farm operators
- Process and pack finished salad products
- Groom and maintain crops in a designated space
- Check production parameters prior to the start of each process
- Maintain checklists and records pertaining to production, plant health and irrigation systems
- Clean and reinstate workstations, sanitise equipment and dispose waste as required
- Requirements- Having a passion in agriculture and looking to contribute through the simplest means of growing the food we eat

**Crop Scientist**:
As a member of the crop science team, you will play a critical role in the post-harvest process in keeping our produce fresh and food safe. In addition to performing crop science experiments, your specialisation role begins after the harvesting of crops - shelf life evaluation and auditing, food packaging analysis, sensory evaluation, waste valorisation and new product development. It is important that you work well with a team and are comfortable working closely with farm engineers, farm managers and business development executives.
