Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree strongly preferred). Minimum 7 years of HR experience, with at least 4 years in a senior managerial or leadership role. In-depth knowledge of Singapore employment laws and advanced HR best practices. Proven expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage with senior stakeholders and diverse teams. Advanced proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools. Strategic mindset with the ability to lead independently in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
