Senior HR Executive / Manager, HR Service Join to apply for the Senior HR Executive/ Manager, HR Service role at Ministry of Education, Singapore (MOE)What The Role Is As a Senior HR Executive/ Manager, HR Service in the HR Solutions and Capabilities Division, you will play a key role in the effective and efficient management and administration of HR functions relating to service conditions, benefits and professional development for MOE employees. What You Will Be Working On Manage HR operations reliably and effectively to ensure good standard of delivery of HR services, including case evaluation and management Review and implement HR operational policies, initiatives, processes and strategies in support of building a quality and engaged workforce Perform the role of subject matter expert for desk functions, and provide advice on HR matters Build strong partnerships with key stakeholders in policy reviews, implementation and administration Engage and advise line managers to facilitate effective HR management in the Ministry What We Are Looking For Good interpersonal, communication and writing skills Strong organisational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Ability to work well independently and as a team A self-motivated and people-centred individual with a drive to excel As part of the processing of your application, you may be required to undergo a medical examination that will be fully paid by MOE.
