**About the Job**
As the Sales Operations Manager you will play a crucial role in our omni-channel strategy and grow our Wholesale business. Partnering with our Global Retail team on wholesale sales, you will build strong relationships with our retailers globally by delivering operational excellence. You will be responsible for all wholesale operations including order management and form the backbone between account management, customers and logistics internally to ensure frictionless business with our wholesale partners.
**Responsibilities**:
Sales planning and management:
- To support the strategy of the portfolio by assisting in all commercial initiatives which includes the highest standard of sales processes and SOPs. This will include day to day sales operations, allocation of budget and resources, trade terms, supporting contract negotiations, defining of financial targets, business plans and quarterly customer Go-to-market plans.
- Order management from first receipt through to pushing to logistics and monitoring delivery performance. This includes helping communicate between logistics and the customer for any delivery performance issues
- Management & development of the wholesale customer service team. Includes setting KPIs and monitoring against these.
- Drive the development and maintenance of Customer Information Decks (CID) identifying the Wholesalers target consumer, multi year strategic growth plans, market positioning and SWOT analysis. Integration of the CID into strategic Customer Business Plans in alignment with Supernovas strategic goals. This includes broad market / category analysis and accounting for future growth and product development plans.
- To impel the annual selling and activity for the respective brands - Coco & Eve and Sand & Sky. Proposing the right strategy and conducting business review meetings, reviewing partner contracts, revenue and margin.
Product planning and management:
- Support the account managers & marketing managers in establishing key targets for retailers and assortment planning in accordance to seasonal initiatives and brand investments.
- End to end planning and management of all go-to-market timelines and activities to ensure smooth product launches and deliveries.
- Accountable to forecast, track and report quantitative and qualitative performance on brand performance such as sales and margin, cancellations, delivery performance, contract terms, margin and revenue.
Data and Market knowledge:
- To monitor and report on customer and competitor performance such as ongoing market productivity, new products breakthrough performance and ROI on key activities.
- Consistently analyzing Sell-In and Sell-Through data from key retail partners and actioning upon that in the form of proactive marketing campaigns, proposed returns or movements and proposed additional orders.
Reports and Forecast:
- Consistently report and track data analysis consisting of both quantitative and qualitative performance. Provide management reports sharing on insights of markets and recommendations of measures to be taken to improve and increase revenue of products.
- Driving sales and gross margin by utilising market data and making sure sales budget is in compliance with company guidelines and implementing strategic initiatives.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Business or related discipline
- More than 6 years of experience in B2B sales, wholesale brand consumer products with a preference for these particular industry (Beauty, Lifestyle, E-commerce)
