We are seeking a passionate and experienced Retail Sales Manager to lead our team at the new Oo La Lab boutique in the heart of Singapore's Chinatown. This role requires a dynamic individual with a strong background in the beauty, perfume, or cosmetics industry, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Sales Management**: Drive sales and meet targets by providing excellent customer service and fostering a sales-oriented environment. Create and implement effective retail and sales processes.
- **Team Leadership**: Lead, motivate, train, and develop the retail team to ensure high performance and effective teamwork.
- **Customer Experience**: Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for customers, providing personalized fragrance consultations and recommendations.
- **Inventory Management**: Oversee stock levels, manage inventory, and ensure the store is well-stocked and visually appealing.
- **Event Coordination**: Plan and execute in-store events and workshops to enhance customer engagement and drive foot traffic.
- **Reporting**: Monitor and report on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to senior management.
- **Operational Excellence**: Ensure the store operates smoothly, adhering to company policies and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in retail management, preferably within the beauty, perfume, or cosmetics industry.
- Strong presentation skills with the ability to engage and inspire customers.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Team player with the ability to lead and collaborate effectively.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Passion for the beauty and fragrance industry, with a good understanding of market trends and customer preferences.
- Flexible approach to work and being able to work well with people of all levels
- Experience with the high-end/ luxury category would be advantageous
- Fluent verbal and written English is mandatory, and proficiency in other languages, such as Mandarin, is an advantage.

Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- 13th month salary
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
