**JOB POSITION: Retail & Education Manager, SEA**
**LOCATION: Singapore**
FOREO is on the lookout for a proactive and inspiring Retail & Education Manager to join our SEA team.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Educate and inspire beauty advisors, office team, and new hires on the brand story & product ranges
- Create clear & effective training materials for beauty advisors (skincare benefits, how to use, merchandise, demonstrate, sell, and talk about the products, etc.)
- Cultivate strong relationships and serve as a communication liaison between field staff, store managers, retailers, and brand
- Assist with regular store visits - check stock availability, brand representation, and competitor activities
- Assist with the creation of incentive/training tools to support the performance and accomplishments of field staff.
- Provide additional support for marketing initiatives, events, and trade shows as necessary
- Respond timely, efficiently, thoughtfully, and thoroughly to all inquiries related to training and in-depth product knowledge from both internal and external stakeholders
- Provide company's customer-centric culture to customers and colleagues
- All other activities according to the Supervisor's request in behalf of job position requirements
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- 4+ years of experience in a training role for a beauty/skincare company with distribution in luxury spas and retailers
- Advantage: background in skincare as an esthetician or skin care professional
- Positive attitude and demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards in a diverse workplace
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written; excellent interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with public speaking and conducting live training events
- Fluent in English and Mandarin. The ability to speak Malay is an added advantage.
- Competent with MS PowerPoint and other presentation software
- Comfortable using app technology and learning new skills when needed
- Ability to travel up to 60% of the time
