**Assistant Manager - VX Product Owner Support**:
We are looking for a dedicated, ambitious, and self-driven** Assistant Manager - VX Product Owner Support**. If you have experience in Product Ownership, and driving process improvements, then we have the perfect job for you.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or Information Management Systems or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum 5 years relevant work experience in Product Ownership, driving process improvements
- Strong eye for business, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Effective communication skills with ability to clearly and concisely present topics, features, ideas and recommendations to all stakeholders including the leadership team.
- Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to present technical content to general audiences
- Ability to set goals and drive to their fulfillment. Take responsibility for actions/outcomes and wants to be held accountable for successes and failures.
- Work Experience in the Automotive Industry/Retail preferred
- Experience in Agile working methodology preferred
- Highly motivated independent worker with minimum guidance required;
- Experience in leading a team
- Readiness to travel; (15% of travel)
- Strong analytical and abstraction skills
- Ability to work in an international and intercultural context
- Multi-linguistic abilities would be an added advantage.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Product Ownership of VX and other digital projects.
- Direct and lead the strategy and development of product enabling Omni channel platforms by collaborating with engineers and business to develop and maintain the same.
- Create quarterly product roadmap along with delivery plan in alignment with markets and HQ stakeholders
- Define matrices to measure the health and success of the product while driving maximum usage
- Collaborate with Global teams and market business and IT units to ensure smooth execution of global and local initiatives.
- Support in Evaluation of Market Requests for Process and System changes.
- Provide consultancy and support to markets and GDs in terms of digitalization of retail business.
- Provide project management steering and obtain market buy-in for platforms.
- Conceptualizing an IT Target Landscape to support the Sales Process Blueprint in collaboration with the IT-Department.
- Ensuring the Integration of Systems & Data with special Focus on Middleware integrating Retail Front-End Systems and Foundation Systems in cooperation with the IT Department.
