Job Profile Summary:
The Mission of the Distribution Performance Management Department is to make a difference with our customers and distributors by ensuring that everything we invest in is to help our distributors grow their business.
We do this by providing actionable insights on our distributor's performance and ensuring that we are investing and spending on the right areas that drives the business. We also do so by ensuring that our distributors are supported well. Activities we lead include Business Planning, Distributor Compensation & Incentives, Managing Expenses, Reporting and Business Processes.

We are looking for experienced Head, Distribution Business Process who will be an integral role in ensuring that we take our service levels to greater heights and ensure that critical business processes of our distribution channels are established and reviewed.
You will report into the Head, Distribution Business Management, and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. If you’re passionate about providing awesome experiences for our customers, people and partners, we would love to talk to you.
- Oversee administrative and support functions to distribution channels including PFA channel to optimise opportunities in improving internal processes and procedures within and out of the section/department.
- Lead strategic, transformation initiatives and business process re-engineering exercises to improve business and administrative processes, including on third party products.
- Oversee a team which manages timely and comprehensive Administrative Support to various teams, including awards and incentive activities, appeals management, leads management activities, and other related scopes.
- Oversee another team which manages daily operation activities and exceptional cases on Transfer of Policy, Orphan Assignment and Persistency, ensuring system enhancements (including UAT process), governance control and process improvements.
- Lead the implementation of system change for distribution campaigns and other customers promotion.
- Oversee a 3rd team which handles setting up of representatives' hierarchy structure/setup, rep movement for Agency and Partnership channels (promotion / demotion / transfer / appointment / termination), management reporting and other services relating to distribution reps.
- Set directions in optimizing delivery of excellent service experience.
- Mentor and coach team leads as well as providing guidance to other team members, including upskilling and development of higher competency.

Working Experience:
- Proven track record of at least 5-8 years in in a similar role.
**Education**:
- Degree in Business, Insurance, Project Management or related field is preferred.
