Global Distribution Head

**Job Summary**: **Key Responsibilities** - Lead and scale our Trade & Supply Chain Finance Distribution business globally, with particular focus on APAC, US and UK markets, and meet annual targets. - Directly manage the distribution/sell-down of a diverse range of Trade Finance assets originated across global markets, including Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, Guarantees, Commodity Trade Finance, Documentary Credit, and Financial Institution assets. - Build and maintain relationships with investors globally, with particular focus on expanding our ABS and non-bank credit investor network across key financial centers in Asia, North America, and Europe. - Partner with Sales and Relationship Managers to identify and execute Originate-to-Distribute opportunities, participate in RFPs, client pitches, and strategic account planning. - Provide structuring and distribution expertise in deal approval meetings, offering insights to Risk teams and in credit paper submissions. - Collaborate with senior business and country heads on asset forecasts, revenue targets, balance sheet optimization, and annual strategic planning. - Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing distribution team across multiple global locations. - Ensure compliance with all relevant policies, audits, and regulatory requirements while maintaining a strong control environment.Actively participate in industry initiatives and stay current with market trends and regulatory developments. **Skills and Qualifications** - 10+ years of experience in financial services, with at least 5+ years in Trade Finance or related distribution roles. - Demonstrated track record of successfully scaling distribution volumes and investor relationships. - Deep understanding of trade finance products including Supply Chain Finance, Receivables Finance, and Commodity Trade Finance. - Strong experience with ABS structures and non-bank credit investor relationships. - Proven ability to structure complex transactions and manage large-scale distribution books - Exceptional communication skills with ability to talk the trade bank - articulating complex trade finance concepts to diverse stakeholders. - Experience managing teams across multiple locations and time zones. - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field; professional certifications (CA, CFA, etc.) preferred.Knowledge of ESG and sustainable finance principles highly desirable. **What We Offer** - Opportunity to lead a high-profile, revenue-generating function with significant autonomy. - Competitive compensation package with performance-based incentives. - Global exposure and career advancement opportunities. - Collaborative and innovative work environment.Investment in your professional development and growth. **About Linklogis**: Linklogis Group is the pioneering supply chain financing SaaS enterprise to have gone listed in Hong Kong stock exchange in year 2021, merely 5 years after its inception at that time.
