**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Trade Asset Distribution & Syndication**
- Lead global sell-down of trade finance assets including:

- Supply Chain Finance
- Receivables Finance
- Commodity Trade Finance
- Guarantees, LCs, and Trade Loans
- Own the Originate-to-Distribute (O2D) model and investor syndication pipeline across APAC, EMEA, and the Americas.
- Build and manage institutional investor relationships, including banks, private credit funds, insurers, and DFIs.

**Investor Relations & Capital Placement**
- Lead investor outreach and manage relationships with credit investors globally.
- Package trade assets for distribution (e.g. via securitization, private placements, direct syndication).
- Drive investor presentations, roadshows, and ongoing reporting.

**Credit Structuring & Risk Management**
- Structure trade finance products in a way that aligns with investor mandates and risk profiles.
- Collaborate with internal teams (credit, legal, product) to ensure pricing, covenants, and risk mitigation are aligned.
- Ensure regulatory compliance (Basel III, AML/KYC, ESG).

**Team Leadership**
- Lead and mentor a global distribution team across key markets.
- Define KPIs, pipeline tracking, and deal execution frameworks.
- Collaborate cross-functionally across product, origination, legal, and operations teams.

**Technology & Platform Integration**
- Leverage digital platforms and automation to enhance investor engagement and streamline distribution.
- Explore fintech and blockchain-driven solutions for scalable, transparent trade asset placement.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 10 years’ experience in trade finance, capital markets, or structured finance.
- Strong track record in syndicating trade finance assets to institutional investors.
- Deep knowledge of trade finance instruments and structured credit.
- Familiarity with ABS, receivables-backed deals, and credit enhancement tools.
- Experience working with O2D models and non-bank credit investors.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management across global teams.
- Comfortable working in cross-border, multi-regulatory environments.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA or CFA preferred.
