**Position: Regional Head of Digital Transformation**

**Reports to: Regional Head of Commercial, APAC**

**Key Responsibilities**
As the Regional Head of Digital Transformation in APAC region, you will act as a digital transformation agent for the region to cultivate and promote the digital culture, and lead by example in terms of creativity and openness to new technologies.
- Data and artificial intelligence products:

- analyse, produce, enhance and make data and artificial intelligence products available to the business
- Data visualization for decision making and process improvement:

- deliver, improve and maintain data visualization dashboards via Tableau Online across a number of business functions to support data-based decision making and to reduce manual workload
- Core organization and process automation:

- define, develop and deliver workflow automation tools and interfaces
- E-commerce and digital growth opportunities:

- cascade and promote both internally and externally E-commerce LoB in APAC growth opportunities with SIC API and Allianz Trade API
- support large customers, brokers and banks to boost origination and Allianz Trade credentials on the market
- target the right digital partners and steer them
- ensure E-commerce product adaptation to market need in coordination with Group IT

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of experience in insurance, banking, large technology companies or consultant companies
- Solid experience in business solutions architect, digital business strategy plan/roadmap, maturity measurement and diagnosis
- Strong understanding of advance digital working methodologies including agile, lean, value stream mapping and design thinking
- Experience on API and Microservices, Cloud Computing, DevOps, AI, RPA and Test Automation
- Able to manage and build up rapport with professional and different level of business and technology stakeholders
- A passion for technology, innovation and trends
- Capable of translating market knowledge into new initiatives in a creative way and with a delivery mindset to achieve business impact
