DESIGNATION : Head Digital Enterprise Architecture
RESPONSIBILITIES
**The role in a nutshell**
As part of the Strategy and Transformation team, you support all domains of our Digital and Technology in defining the right architectures to efficiently and sustainably deliver on our strategies.
Your mandate includes both introduction of an Enterprise Architecture methodology and ‘common language’ as well as identification and practical delivery of architectural changes across core technology and product domains.
- Structures and masterminds complex architectural challenges: from translation of business strategies into digital strategies (e.g. business value propositions to tech capabilities mapping) to tech domain architectures
- Connects the dots between product and foundational tech domains, recognizing dependencies at early stage and helping teams to deliver the right things right
- Supports Digital and Technology teams in blueprinting their next leaps of innovation
- Consults and advises business and tech leadership on enterprise architecture
- Implements pragmatic and effective governance to architecture management across multiple domains and social enterprises
- Introduces architecture tools and frameworks, including change management for relevant audience
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related technical field involving systems engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience in leading architecture in transformation scenarios
- Mastery in connecting this knowledge with business and digital strategies
- Highly hands-on, pragmatic working culture
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills from expert to C-level
- Knowledge of EA frameworks required, certifications preferred
