Description Head of Enterprise Sales – Digital TransformationLocation: Singapore – Singapore Work Type: Full-Time Experience Required: 12 – 15 Years Compensation: SGD 110,000 – 135,000 (plus commissions; based on experience and performance) A leading IT Infrastructure Management Services company is seeking a Director of Sales to lead enterprise sales initiatives across Singapore and the broader APAC region. The role involves driving sales of Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Cloud, and Digital Transformation solutions, establishing strong relationships with OEM partners, and achieving an annual sales quota of USD 1 million. The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated sales leader with a proven record of success in large enterprise accounts and deep expertise in Citrix, VMware, or Windows Virtual Desktop solutions. Key Responsibilities Drive enterprise-level sales of IT infrastructure, cloud, and VDI solutions (Citrix, VMware, Accops, WVD). Meet or exceed annual revenue targets (minimum USD 1 M) through new client acquisition. Build and maintain relationships with key technology partners (Microsoft, Citrix, VMware, AWS, Google, Accops). Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, ensuring timely updates and accurate forecasting in CRM systems. Create and deliver persuasive sales presentations to enterprise clients, focusing on digital transformation and multi‑cloud value propositions. Collaborate with internal teams and senior leadership to execute regional sales strategies. Lead sales initiatives with a 90% focus on new business acquisition and 10%
