Deputy Head of Enterprise Architecture (Director Level) A leading international financial institution is seeking a highly experienced Deputy Head of Enterprise Architecture (Director level) to drive enterprise-wide architecture strategy, governance, and transformation initiatives. This is a senior leadership position responsible for shaping the technology vision, strengthening architectural governance, and ensuring alignment between IT and business strategy. Key Responsibilities Define and lead the enterprise architecture strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and long‑term technology direction. Establish and maintain the enterprise architecture framework, governance model, policies, and standards across all domains. Lead architecture and security reviews for key strategic projects, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards and regulatory requirements. Drive architecture governance, ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance with security and regulatory guidelines. Key Requirements 15+ years of experience in enterprise or solution architecture for large‑scale, complex environments—preferably within banking or financial services. Proven experience in enterprise architecture governance, policy design, and compliance frameworks. Strong knowledge of EA methodologies such as TOGAF or Zachman.
