This is a senior level evangelist role to lead a new Ai BU for an established banking software provider. This person will be the figurehead, evangelising the use of innovative Ai solutions in banking.

Our client is seeking a visionary and dynamic Head of AI & Digital Transformation - Banking & Financial Services to lead strategic initiatives in leveraging AI and digital technologies to drive innovation and transformation within the banking sector. This role offers an opportunity for someone with extensive experience in Digital Banking to spearhead the next phase of transformation by integrating AI solutions. The focus will be on engaging both existing and new clients at the business heads and CEO levels, promoting AI-driven solutions, and shaping the future of banking.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic initiatives in AI and digital transformation within the banking sector, driving innovation and delivering tangible business outcomes.
Engage with business heads and CEOs of banking clients to promote AI-driven solutions and drive adoption of digital transformation initiatives.
Collaborate with a broad engagement team comprising representatives from our client for board level, partner levels, domain expertise, product representation, and specific relationships.
Develop and execute strategies for integrating AI and digital technologies into banking operations, with a focus on enhancing customer experiences, improving operational efficiency, and driving revenue growth.
Drive enterprise-level discussions, treating AI deployment as a core banking business function, with a focus on consumer banking domain expertise.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience in digital banking, preferably at the C-level / business head level in a prominent bank.
Strong leadership skills with a track record of driving digital transformation initiatives and building relationships at the executive level.
Deep understanding of AI and digital technologies, including industry trends, challenges, and opportunities.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-like environment with a flat organizational structure.
Willingness to travel frequently to client sites within the region and beyond.
