The E2E Supply Chain Digital Transformation Lead will deploy the overall digital journey for the APAC JSC organization to deliver on needs of the business to transform the customer experience. He/She will partner and work closely with regional, global, and enterprise cross-functional colleagues in establishing a digital ecosystem that delivers effective and efficient business solutions for the diverse business landscape in APAC. The person in this role will need to excel in leading teams and partnerships across the end-to-end supply chain, possess critical end-to-end thinking skills alongside sound digital acumen with high-learning agility, as well as broad cross-functional industry experience that enables effective shaping of solutions that link-up with the digital strategies of partner functions (E.g., Commercial, R&D, Quality, Sourcing, Procurement, Enterprise, etc.).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deploy the overall APAC digital supply chain transformation journey to accelerate business outcomes and enable growth in our pharmaceutical businesses through close partnerships with functional, regional, and global teams.
- Responsible for implementation and partnerships for E2E solutions in APAC (e.g., Supply Chain Control Tower; Data Visibility Solutions; E2E Digital Twin)
- Establish strong alignment and synergy with strategic digital capabilities of relevant partner functions.
- Facilitate activation and adoption of various digital solutions through effective knowledge transfer and change management.
- Influence and communicate with key partners/stakeholders at all levels to develop effective and efficient business solutions that transform the customer experience.
- Establish the strong connection with global capability teams to look at the potential global solutions to enhance the APAC supply chain capabilities.
**Qualifications**
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree at a minimum. Master of Engineering/Business Administration preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years healthcare industry experience encompassing wide-ranging roles/responsibilities and partnerships across R&D, Quality, Sourcing/Procurement, Supplier Management, and the E2E Supply Chain.
- Minimum of 5 years hands-on familiarity as well as regional/global leadership and partnering experience with developing data models and analytics solutions for business problem statements.
- Strong critical thinking, outstanding analytical, influencing, and interpersonal skills required.
- Outstanding cross-cultural relationship management and communication skills.
- Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences.
- Thought leadership with an agile mindset in partnering and shaping business solutions.
- Experience with developing industry research and academia partnerships to continually challenge the status quo for the internal development of best practice solutions.
