Responsibilities
- In charge of acquiring new customers as well as meeting personal objectives.
- Develops, recommends, and executes a playbook for prioritized prospective customers.
- Contributes to the creation of business development strategies and annual business development plans for specific markets in order to achieve company goals and revenue targets.
- Manages, grows, and retains existing client relationships while acquiring new ones.
- Creates a business book and maintains an up-to-date Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool to inform pipeline decision-making and prioritization.
- Conduct market research on prospective customers and compare them to the Midcap criterion.
- Confirm the requirements with the decision-making team.
- Make a value proposition that shows Neovia's ability to meet/exceed their needs.

**Requirements**:

- Self-sufficient, entrepreneurial, goal-oriented, and precise approach to working with multi-cultural and functional teams.
- Preferable within the logistic industry
- Excellent negotiator with a track record of closing deals and gaining new clients.
- Travel ability (travel to Asia Pacific countries is anticipated) while based in Singapore
- Working Location: Jurong East
- Working Time: Monday to Friday ( 8:30am-5pm)
