**Roles & Responsibilities**

**Responsibilities**
- Compile, review, analyse, follow up and feedback to EnGro top management on China JVs' routine operations and performances through daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually reports.
- Prepare Monthly Quick Update, and update Finance Department on JVs’ financial performances in monthly meeting.
- Prepare, update forecast and budget of EnGro China JVs.
- Track, update and present to EnGro’s top management on dividend declaration/receivables/remittances/status of dividend receipt from EnGro China JVs.
- Prepare quarterly financial review reports and present to the top management.
- Coordinate financial matters between EnGro Finance Department and external, internal auditors and China JVs, e.g. dividends, profit performances, business operation managements etc.
- Assist in preparation of business development strategies and follow up on business development projects and related tasks, e.g. new projects, relocation of JV, new production line planning etc.
- Assist in preparing yearly performance reviews (paper work) of company's representatives in China. Prepare and coordinate the subsequent bonus payments.
- Provide services for China Partners and guests in need of help.
- Trip arrangement and coordination. Assist and prepare trip expense claims.
- Provide administrative support to HOD and Senior Manager in China Team:

- Coordination of business trip/meeting, and Trip Requisition Form preparation, etc.
- Assist in preparing employment agreement for JVs representatives and consultants working in China
- Undertake any other duties as and when assigned.

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Finance/ Business with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Good understanding of China culture.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English and mandarin (To handle queries and concerns from Chinese speaking counterparts. Capable of translating documents from English into Chinese and vice versa.
- Excellent people skills and able to interface with company staff of all levels.
- Able to multi-task.
