COMPANY DESCRIPTION Established in 1948, YHI was listed on the Mainboard of the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited (SGX-ST) on 3rd July 2003. YHI Group is a recognized distributor of high quality automotive and industrial products, and a familiar and trusted name in alloy wheels manufacturing as an Original Design Manufacturer (ODM). YHI distributes a diverse range of premium automotive products, which include tyres, alloy wheels, energy solutions, buggy & utilities vehicles and other industrial products to more than 5,000 customers globally. YHI currently has three alloy wheels manufacturing plants located in Suzhou in China, Taoyuan in Taiwan and Malacca in Malaysia. In order to strengthen YHI distribution network, the Group will continuously sharpen its sales focus, as well as embark on strategic plans to promote and develop its portfolio of premium and proprietary brands in the global market where "The World is Our Market". DESIGNATION : Finance Manager RESPONSIBILITIES **Job Highlights & Staff Benefits**: - Subsidiary of a Company listed on SGX-ST with stable revenue stream and growth potentials - Annual performance bonus - Annual increment - Team bonding activities and birthday vouchers - Leave, Medical and Dental benefits **Responsibilities**: - Responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial reporting, cash-flow planning and operating cost analysis. - Responsible for monthly management reporting, including performance by Business Units (with analysis of expenses and profitability). - Analyse and interpret financial data and recommend changes to improve financial performance. - Align and improve the internal control according to the Group's Financial and Internal Control Policies and Procedures. - Ensure year-end audit is completed within deadlines, liaise and maintain good working relationships with external auditors, tax agent and bankers. - Attend to the needs of the Business Units on operational issues which are Finance related. - Oversee the accounts receivable and stockholdings status and highlight to Management/Business Units on critical matters. - Oversee the credit control function and forex matters including hedging of foreign currencies. - Responsible for the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecast. - Responsible for leading the annual stocktake exercise. - Oversee the non-staff related insurance policy matters. - Initiate modifications/enhancements to the computerised systems and accounting procedures to increase efficiency and control. QUALIFICATIONS - University Degree in Accountancy or professional qualification in Accounting, preferably a CA - Preferred relevant experience with knowledge of SAP accounting system - Pro-active in providing advice/value add to the Business Units on financial data, costs, inventory and accounts receivable matters - Positive attitude with the desire to change for the better OTHER INFORMATION - Working Hours: 8.30am to 6.00pm (Mon Fri) - Working Location: 2 Pandan Road Singapore 609254 - Company transport pickup at Clementi MRT (One Way)
