**Key responsibilities**:
1. Conduct qualitative and/or quantitative analysis on Global Real Estate markets, covering different countries - to detail regulation impacts, geographic advantages, demographic trends, industry developments, benchmark analysis, etc.
2. Initiate various communications with key stakeholders driving research, insights, data and proposed action plans that support our global and regional strategy.
3. Facilitate end-to-end implementation of the Global Real Estate / Space Strategy, assess external and internal potential risk and prepare mitigation plans to ensure and enhance strategy implementation.
4. Design modelling where necessary to analyze feasibility, rationalize logic behind and forecast future trends.
1. Bachelor's/MBA degree (or above) from top-tier universities worldwide, with strong academic credentials or equivalent experience
2. Work experience with global leading strategy consulting firm, PE/VC firm, or in-house corporate strategy team (nice to have certain experience in real estate / property analysis)
3. Strong data analysis, modeling and presentation skills
4. Quick learning and logical thinking abilities
5. Self-motivation, and strong curiosity about Internet, Technology and Innovation, etc.
6. Fluency in English
7. Potential regional/global travel
