**What the role is**
- Case officer in managing cases and any other duties the registrar may assign.

**What you will be working on**
- Prepare documentation/correspondence in relation to mediation/hearing sessions
- Communication with parties on Strata Titles Boards procedures
- Conduct research for the Boards
- Assist the Board to draft Orders, Grounds of Decisions and Judgments
- Review of legislation such as the Building Maintenance and Strata Management Act, the Land Titles (Strata) Act and their subsidiary legislation
- Provide administrative support to Strata Titles Boards
- Any other duties the Registrar may assign

**What we are looking for**
- Tertiary qualification in legal studies.
- Relevant working experience in the legal sector would be an advantage.
- Good command of English language, both written and spoken.
- Good inter-personal skills and able to communicate with people from all walks of life.
- Able to work independently and as a team player.
